Affiliate Program Terms
These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the eSIMagine affiliate partner program. By submitting an application or using the affiliate tools we provide, you accept these terms together with our general terms and privacy rules.
Eligibility and application
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate business and contact information in your application.
- Partners receive dashboard access and a tracking link after signing up. We may suspend or terminate participation if these terms are breached.
Tracking and attribution
- Approved partners receive a unique tracking link. When a visitor clicks your link, we may store an affiliate attribution cookie in their browser.
- Cookie duration: 30 days from the click. Purchases completed within that window may be attributed to you, subject to these terms.
- Last-click attribution: if multiple affiliate links are used, the most recent valid click within the cookie window generally receives credit.
- Eligible conversions include paid catalog eSIM orders and paid top-ups attributed to your link within the cookie window.
Commission calculation based on the net paid amount
Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net amount the customer actually pays at checkout, not the list price before discounts.
- Default rate: 10% of the net paid total unless we agree a different rate in writing for your account.
- Net paid total means the order or top-up amount after coupons, promotional discounts, and similar reductions applied at payment.
- Example: if a plan lists at $29.00 but the customer pays $26.00 after a coupon, commission is 10% of $26.00, not $29.00.
- Taxes, payment fees, or currency conversion are not added to the commission base unless we state otherwise.
Relationship with Refer a Friend
Our Refer a Friend program operates separately from the affiliate program. Referral discounts and credits may reduce the net paid amount used to calculate your affiliate commission. Both programs are independent unless we publish a specific joint promotion.
Commission status, holds, and refunds
- New commissions start as pending.
- Net-30 hold: commissions usually move from pending to approved about 30 days after the qualifying sale, provided the order or top-up has not been refunded or charged back.
- If an order or top-up is refunded or charged back, the related commission may be reversed in full.
- Approved commissions that have not been paid yet remain visible in your dashboard until they are included in a payout.
Payouts
- Payouts are processed monthly when your approved unpaid balance reaches the minimum threshold, currently $50.00 or the equivalent shown in your dashboard.
- Supported payout methods: PayPal and bank transfer, as configured in your affiliate profile.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and meeting any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.
Partner conduct and prohibited activity
- You must clearly disclose your material connection to eSIMagine, for example with “affiliate link” or “paid partnership”, wherever you promote our links.
- Do not make false or misleading claims about coverage, speeds, pricing, or compatibility.
- Self-purchase: you may not earn commission on purchases made with your own affiliate link while logged into the same eSIMagine account associated with your affiliate profile.
- Do not use spam, cookie stuffing, fraudulent clicks, or any other artificial inflation of traffic or conversions.
- Do not bid on our trademarks as paid search keywords without prior written approval.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if these terms are violated, if we suspect fraud, or if activity harms our brand. After termination, unpaid commissions may be withheld or reversed if they are related to invalid activity, subject to applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of affiliate tools after changes means you accept the updated terms, subject to applicable law.
General terms
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of eSIMagine services and to the data we process about you as a partner.
