  • Install before travelling. Activation normally occurs when the eSIM first reaches a supported network at your destination.
  • Keep your home SIM if needed. It can remain available for calls and SMS while Travel handles mobile data.
  • Avoid deleting an active eSIM. If it is deleted, try the original QR on the same device or contact support before buying another plan.
When you arrive

eSIM Installation Quick Answers

Yes, but check the activation policy shown for your package. If it starts on first network connection, install it over stable Wi-Fi before departure, then turn on the travel eSIM and Data Roaming after arrival. If it starts on installation, wait until shortly before you need it.
Yes. Enable Data Roaming for the eSIMagine line after arrival. Keep Data Roaming off for your home SIM and disable cellular data switching to reduce the risk of home-carrier data charges.
You can delete and reinstall the same eSIM as often as needed, but only on the original device. It cannot be transferred to another phone. There is usually no need to delete an active profile. To connect another device, use Personal Hotspot or data sharing. If reinstalling fails, contact support.
