You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and use our services. By using our services, you confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.
eSIM Delivery & Activation
- eSIMs are delivered digitally via email or user account after successful payment
- Installation requires an internet connection
- Activation occurs according to the plan terms, usually upon first connection at the destination
- Each eSIM can be installed on one device only
Usage & Fair Use
Our services are intended for normal personal use. Unlimited plans may be subject to fair usage policies to prevent abuse and ensure network quality for all users.
We reserve the right to reduce speed, suspend, or terminate service if abnormal or excessive usage is detected.
Compatibility & Device Responsibility
It is your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase. We are not responsible for service issues caused by:- Incompatible or locked devices
- Incorrect installation
- Deleted or removed eSIM profiles
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed before checkout
- Prices may vary by destination or plan
- Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
- Taxes may apply depending on your location
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of eSIMs:- Activated or installed eSIMs are non-refundable
- Unused eSIMs may be eligible for a refund under specific conditions

Service Availability
Coverage, speeds, and network availability depend on local carriers and conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in all locations at all times.
Account & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
Affiliate Program
If you participate in our affiliate partner program, additional rules apply regarding tracking links, commissions, payouts, and promotional conduct. Commissions are calculated on the net amount customers actually pay after discounts—not on pre-coupon list prices.

Limitation of Liability
